Salem Hills
Constructed by the City of Inver Grove Heights in partnership with MORC in 2003, the mountain biking trail at Salem Hills Park offers 4.4 miles of singletrack laid out from north-to-south in three loops: A, B, and C.
Riders can expect smooth and flowy terrain that switches between forest to open prairie. The trail’s few features are optional, including a jump line that was built in 2022.
With mellow trails and park amenities that include a playground, Salem Hills is the perfect spot for families, beginner-level riders, and riders who enjoy pedaling through scenic views.
