Fundamental Skills 1
We are STOKED to once again partner with Midwest Dirt Legion to offer two free Fundamental Skills Clinics to our FTW members this season!
Our first clinic will take place on Saturday, June 8, from 9–11 a.m. at The Trailhead at Theodore Wirth Regional Park in Minneapolis. Open to FTW riders only, this clinic will cover bike anatomy and basic skills for fun, safe and controlled riding.
If you're an FTW MORC member and would like to attend, send us an email at info@morcmtb.org, and we'll send you the registration link and code.
And if you don't own a mountain bike, no problem: MWDL has a limited number of demo bikes available for use.
Spots are limited to 15 riders, so act quickly to sign up!
Second Annual Lone Lake Park Season Opener
Join MORC and the City of Minnetonka on Saturday, May 18, at Lone Lake Park (5624 Shady Oak Road in Minnetonka) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to celebrate the start of dirt season!
This mountain biking-centered event will feature activities and fun for the whole family. There will be a group ride, bike skills and maintenance clinics, a skills course of portable mountain biking features, and more. Stop by the MORC tent to pick up limited-edition stickers, speak to the Lone Lake Park Singletrack trail crews, and learn about the organization and how to get involved and join.
